Jannea O'Rourke first developed an interest in architecture during high school, where she took several technological design classes that sparked her passion for the field. She continued her education at Durham College, where she studied Architectural Technology and deepened her knowledge and skills. One of her favorite aspects of the field is the ability to create a variety of unique designs that all fulfill the same function, showcasing both creativity and problem-solving. Looking ahead, she hopes to help achieve greater integration of greenery within buildings and their surrounding environments, driven by a strong desire to contribute to a healthier and more sustainable future for all living beings.
